CHALLENGE

Neato needed to increase visibility and brand awareness with the robot cleaner category whilst promoting the benefits of robot cleaners over more conventional uprights. The client operated in a competitive space where a clear brand leader dominated the share of voice and local oem brands confused the average category price point. Neato required POS that presented the brand as an established authority, retailing high end products which had unique features and benefits when compared with more traditional circular robot cleaners. As the brand was targeting a wide range of retail sectors, our solutions needed to be modular and flexible as always.

SOLUTION

A bold DNA was created which played on the vibrant logo colour – immediately helping the brand stand out against the competition. This combined with lighting a mainly white colour pallet, created a premium and approachable atmosphere. A clear brand statement headed the communication hierarchy which guided shoppers through the benefits and allowed quick and easy comparison and purchase. We went to extensive lengths to explain the D shaped product design, which was unique in category, explaining that corners could not be reached by something round. A wide range of POS materials were created, produced and rolled out throughout Europe – accommodating a wide range of real estate and space.
