Horizon believe that research is the foundation of every project. Key retailers are audited, store staff tested, and shoppers are tracked and interviewed.
The data and footage recorded provides a perfect grounding to any project. Our initial proposals are firmly grounded whilst ongoing activity is also based on post project evaluation. We recommend the most appropriate level of research, which can involve EPOS analysis, customer profiling, traffic flow analysis and in-store location evaluation.
Our recommendations are based on available timescales and planned spend although we often utilise existing data and footage should budget and timings dictate.
